Natural Burundi—Kayanza 12 oz. Bag

This Burundi is of the Red Bourbon varietal and has a bright citrus and dark berry quality in taste. This coffee is jam-like in sweetness and has a smoother acidity. Being a "natural" the fermentation process of these beans takes two steps: first sun-dried as the whole cherry, then continued indoors in parchment sacks. 

This coffee was roasted in Santa Fe, NM and is whole bean.
